Garlic Chive seeds are easy to grow! Leaves, stalks and immature flower buds are used in salads, as a garnish, or as flavouring in stir-fry dishes. The taste is a succulent combination of the soft chive leaf and mild garlic flavour. Grows to 20cm (8") high with thinly strap-like leaves and white, open, ball-like flower clusters.
