Our Commitment To You
We will attempt to give you a refund or exchange on items purchased at our store when you bring in your original receipt. Unopened items, with a receipt, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged or not in resealable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please call our store if you have questions 519-482-9333 as certain exceptions may apply.
Returning Online Purchases
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping). Product must be in its original packaging. All shipping charges must be paid by the customer. COD deliveries will be returned to the customer.
