Olympia Hybrid Spinach Seeds.  A slow-bolting smooth leaf spinach. These forest green leaves are an excellent source of fibre and vitamins A and C. Rounded leaves are heavy but tender and succulent. Tolerates cool to hot weather conditions and has excellent resistance to Downey Mildew races 1-3. Excellent for home or commercial production.
