Aptly named, Sedum spurium 'Tricolour' (Caucasian Stonecrop) is a creeping, mat-forming, semi-evergreen perennial with small, fleshy, variegated leaves, green in the center with white margins tinged with pink. The foliage remains attractive throughout the growing season. Sitting atoop short stems, clusters of small, pale pink, starry flowers appear in summer. Easy to maintain and drought tolerant, 'Tricolour' can withstand poor, dry soil conditions. Wonderful as a ground cover, in the rock garden, along walkways or cascading over stone walls.
