Brilliantly coloured, Sempervivum Chick Charms® 'Gold Nugget' (Hens and Chicks) is a mat-forming succulent perennial forming attractive, evergreen rosettes, 6-8 in. wide (15-20cm), of fleshy, neon yellow leaves with fiery red edges in spring and fall. In summer, the foliage turns electric lime green all over and in winter it becomes crimson with honey gold edges. In summer, a thick flowering stalk arises from the center of the hen rosette and bears showy starry, pink flowers.
